These "Fun" Factstm about Nispy are full of information for you to put on the inside of your brain -- however you wish! I recommend using your eyes if possible, but ears work just as well! Don't be prejudiced against people with vision related problems you inconsiderate nard barber!
Up until Day of the Moron, 2000:
Nispy has recorded 56 total official songs, spread across 7 albums. 55 are original songs-- their only recorded cover is Le Jour Se Leve.
Nispy was very fond of constantly re-doing previous material on new albums-- not including Best of the 70's vol. 3, an album made specifically for re-doing songs, Underwear On My Head was recorded 3 times, and the following tracks were recorded twice: Talking to the Stapler, Apples, F.U.B.A.R., Yosh It!, Trout, Frozen, and Away.
Not including Pierre's Little Ditty, Yosh is the only member to have written band instrumentals ( Yosh It! and Smirker).
Many songs have been composed with Rick writing lyrics and Pierre writing music (give or take 13), but not one song has been made vice-versa (though My Family comes very close).
Pierre is the only member of Nispy to appear in some capacity on all 56 songs. Yosh is on 47, Rick is on 43. Ryan is on 15. Rick's disproportionate count is mainly due to Edge of Being and refusing to play with Pierre and Yosh on a Friday night in early 1993.
Of the 26 songs written by only an individual of the band, 11 are Yosh's, 9 are Pierre's, 6 are Rick's.
Pierre is the lead singer on 18 tracks, Rick on 15, Yosh on 8.
